U.S. citizen, resident of Iowa, FFA membership for 4 years or more, evidence of leadership, scholarship, and demonstrated financial need. Must live in Orscheln trade area (Iowa counties of: Appanoose, Boone, Cass, Dallas, Ford, Guthrie, Henry, Jefferson, Johnson, Linn, Mahaska, Montgomery, Muscatine, Page, or Wapello).
