College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Graduate Application

Submission Period: January 1 through February 15

Nominations are submitted by the Directors of Graduate Education (DOGE) between January 1 and February 15. Winners are notified in early April.

Instructions for DOGE

Director of Graduate Education (DOGE) instructions to submit nominees for graduate fellowships in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences:

  1. The DOGE may submit up to 3 ranked nominations.
  2. Each nomination packet is limited to the cover sheet, nominee's professional resume/vita, and one supporting letter from the major professor. The packet will be in PDF file format and submitted electronically.
  3. Submission deadline is February 15.

This information should be available on the cover sheet. We ask for it again here so we can keep the applications organized in our database. Please enter names and address with proper capitalization.

Application Packet Instructions

Download the cover sheet.  Please upload the final application - including the cover sheet, nominee's professional resume/vita, and one supporting letter - as a single PDF. Instructions for combining documents into a single PDF file.

Please name the application PDF according to this convention:

(Nominee Last Name).(Nominee First Name).Rank(1,2 or 3).(DOGE First Initial).(DOGE Last Name)."

For example, "Smith.Sally.Rank3.R.Johnson.pdf."
