Agricultural Education & Studies Scholarship Application (Incoming Freshman)

Priority application Period: September 1 through December 1

Applications may be received after December 1.  Applications received between December 1 and May 1 maybe considered for a limited number of scholarships as supplies last.

Instructions

Fill out the application as completely as possible. Please use proper capitalization for your name and address. Do not use all caps. Once you submit the application, it will be gone from your computer and you will not be able to save or make changes. (If necessary, you may request to re-submit the application again by emailing ndobbels@iastate.edu). Do not send all or part of your application by email or mail (unless instructed for a specific scholarship). Filling out the application online should take about 10 or 15 minutes.

For Need-Based Scholarships

We will access your financial aid information from the Office of Financial Aid. Be sure to file FAFSA by December 1 to be considered for financial need-based scholarships.

Information Release

By submitting this form I am verifying that all the information I have provided is true and accurate. If selected for a scholarship, I grant Iowa State University permission to include my name on the list of recipients and release it to the public (hometown newspapers, press releases, etc). This may include scholarship name, selection criteria, major and hometown.
